Welcome to Dippr. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Dippr is a price tracking application that allows you to monitor Amazon product prices, view price history, set target prices, and receive notifications when prices drop. We retrieve pricing data from third-party sources and present it in the App for your convenience.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dippr. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To use Dippr, you must create an account using a valid email address or through Apple/Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may request deletion of your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting support@dippr.app.
Free Plan: Includes tracking up to 3 products, 30-day price history, price checks every 6 hours, and access to the US Amazon marketplace.
Premium Plan: Includes tracking up to 50 products, full price history, 15-minute price checks, all 11 Amazon marketplaces, and barcode scanning. Premium is available as a monthly ($6.99/month) or yearly ($69.99/year) subscription.

Price data displayed in Dippr is sourced from third-party providers and may not always reflect the exact current price on Amazon. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that prices shown are real-time or error-free. Always verify the price on Amazon before making a purchase. Dippr is not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on price data shown in the App.
Price alert notifications are delivered on a best-effort basis. Delivery depends on device settings, network conditions, and system limitations. We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered instantly or at all. You are responsible for ensuring push notifications are enabled for Dippr in your device settings.
The App may display product information, images, and links from Amazon and other third-party sources. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. When you follow a link to Amazon or another external site, you are subject to that site's terms and privacy policy.
The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Dippr and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Amazon product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Dippr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dippr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to lost savings, missed deals, or inaccurate price data.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dippr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Indemnification) shall survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless you opt out of arbitration by notifying us within 30 days of first using the App. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Economic Area, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dippr regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
